If your Instamic doesn't turn on, the firmware got compromised or it is missing.
Let's follow these steps to fix it:
1. Press and hold the Instamic button for more than 16 seconds, then release it. Even if the unit does not provide any feedback, this button will soft reset the device.
4. Wait until the firmware version appears under the app's title.
5. Connect Instamic using the USB cable provided and wait until Instamic boots up again.
6. If nothing happens after 3 minutes, disconnect Instamic, wait 12 hrs, and redo the process.
If you have a Pro or Pro Plus unit with a micro-USB connector, we recommend following this procedure to perform a hard reset if the previous steps did not resolve the issue.
