With a simple firmware and software update you will get two products in one: an HQ microphone recorder and external Bluetooth microphone, compatible with iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
HOW IT WORKS
On the SETTINGS PAGE, switch between "Recording Mode" (Instamic captures uncompressed .wav files onboard) and "Handsfree Profile Mode" (external microphone compatible with all apps that support the Bluetooth connectivity).
Every time you change profile, make sure to unpair and re-pair Instamic on your mobile Bluetooth settings. Your mobile device must recognize Instamic as a new device.
REQUIREMENTS
- Upgrade Instamic Firmware to 1.2.16 using our latest Firmware Upgrade App 2.5
- Upgrade Instamic Remote to 1.2.1 version on your mobile device.
